The shuttle was on time. The stay was wonderful. The first room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the phone to the lobby didn't work, so when we went down to the lobby they upgraded us to a nicer room and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff could not have been more helpful and courteous.

Staff was great. The hotel has a quiet time policy after 9pm which is great for people that like to turn in early. The breakfast was good, the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Overall in definetly would stay again.

Location near to JFK and the free shuttle to and from the hotel make this place a great choice for persons that need to be at the airport early or arriving late.
The room was very comfortable with a clean, modern, and calm aesthetic. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was another point to be pleased with in that the size was good and the shower was nice. No wet floor scenario either. The coffee machine in the room was a welcomed addition. The complimentary breakfast to go was great for the early morning shuttle departing too-small but appreciated.
All in all, I am happy with the experience.

The staff was outstanding. With all the craziness of the wedding each member addressed our needs and helped in facilitating them. The Spa worked with us to the fullest to get us ready. The next day brunch was also absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making our day and stay so memorable ❤️

Lovely property which is very close to the airport, it took us around 15 mins from the car rental place. The house is very clean, excellent communication with the owner which made the stay much more pleasant.
